'How to Quit Your Job and Start a Company'
Guy Kawasaki takes an interview of Pamela Slim, 'a coach and writer who helps frustrated employees in corporate jobs break out and start their own business', on "how to quit your job and start a company to change the world". Read the interview. A must read, to say the least.

Her suggestions are quite practical as compared to most of the people who give solutions that just don't have any connection with the real world.....
One of the local entrepreneur said that Pakistan has a lot of capacity for new business ideas & one reason being(not a positive one thought) that we are still not that much up to date with the techno world. Ideas which might thrive in here might not work in other developed countries as the market there is already quite saturated with that same idea.
@ Fatima,
So when they say that a product/service that works in American market, it shall work everywhere, does it seem true to you from the perspective that entrepreneur mentioned?
Well I don't think that its 100% true. Here we have to consider the cultural diversification. In some cases the products might not need any sort of diffreciation e.g include products of Johnson & Johnson. However if look at the lastest revelation about the Lays chips, differenciation was required.
That's interesting. Why was differentiation needed in case of Lays? (pig fats?)
the fact being put aside that it was a rumor...the pig fat issue was exactly what I was suggesting.
